Key Protections for the Renovation Company:
PC Sums are provisional cost estimates for work or materials that may not be precisely defined at the time of the quotation. The final cost can be adjusted based on the actual quantity and value used, with customer approval required for any changes. The company is not responsible for delays or additional costs if the customer fails to approve PC Sums promptly.
Variations refer to changes in the scope of work, materials, or schedule requested by the customer or recommended by the company. Any variation must be agreed upon in writing, and the Quoted Cost and Programme will be adjusted accordingly. The company is not obliged to proceed without mutual consent.
